Before an order can be started, it is necessary to send in
a purchase order for the minimum quantity and a 350.00 deposit.
This deposit is credited towards the final amount of the project.
There is no set up charge.

Designing Your Custom Throw
|
First,
you will need to gather images - photographs, pictures, drawings,
graphics, etc. of the subjects you want represented on your
throw. Be sure the images are clear and at the angle you want
displayed. Avoid images that are blurry, too dark, too small
or in any way unreadable.
Create a rough layout sketch. Things to consider -
Do you want your design to be horizontal or vertical?
Decide if you want a border. Indicate your preference for
style (i.e. simple, ornate, wide, narrow, with corner emblems,
etc.) and we can design it for you. Include a rough sketch.
What will be your focal point - the center of interest?
Decide on the placement of the images and text. Be aware that
heavy detail is not always possible. The computer art work
is created with pixels at 72 dpi. The smaller the image, the
less detail is available.
Include any names, dates or text you'd like and indicate where
you would like them to appear.
Add any notes, instructions or specifics that will help our
artists create an image that fulfills your vision for your
throw.
Computer artwork can be sent on a CD or Zip Disk and formatted
as a Mac TIFF or JPEG file but please include a clear printout
as well. This is necessary to clearly see detail and in order
to match colors to weaves.
We will contact you upon receipt of your purchase order and
art materials. We will send you a rough sketch of your design
in about 10 working days. Once you approve this sketch, then
we will design a color computer generated sketch to show what
your product will look like. It is very important to check
for spelling errors and anything else such as placement of
logo etc. Then just sign and date the approval form and fax
it back to us. Remember, once you approve the color sketch
there is a penalty of $200.00 to make any changes. We will
then weave you a finished prototype within about 10 days for
your final approval.
Once you approve the prototype 50% of your total order is due
at this time. We accept VISA or Mastercard. We can also receive
funds by wire transfers and electronic transfers.
Your total project will then be produced in about 4-6 weeks.
All products are individually poly bagged with care instructions.
You will be contacted on the day we ship your order and the
balance is due at this time by VISA, Mastercard, wire transfer
or electronic transfer.
Shipping - FOB our plants in N.C. or S.C.
Due to the nature of the weaving process we reserve the right
to ship 5% + or - of the total ordered.
Cancellations- You
will be charged for any and all work done up to the date of
cancellation. However, once production has started we will
not accept any cancellations. |
